"No Pushy Sales, Just an Easy Experience"
I never felt pressured or rushed at any point. The whole process was really easy and straightforward, which made the experience feel comfortable from start to finish

Went in to check out a few mattresses and see what felt right. The staff was helpful, but they didn’t hover or push too hard, which I liked. Prices looked fair enough from what I could tell. Only thing is the delivery took longer than I expected, so that was a bit annoying, but overall it was a decent experience...

They did answer my questions eventually, so there’s that. It just took a while to get a clear response, which was a little frustrating. Nobody was rude or anything, but the whole thing felt slow. Overall, the service was okay — though a few updates along the way would’ve been nice.

"This took forever to show up..."
This took forever to show up and I’m frustrated. I get that delays happen, but it feels like there’s always some policy loophole that lets them avoid taking responsibility for slow delivery. Not a great experience, and I wouldn’t be in a hurry to order again.

"Setup could’ve been smoother"
The mattress itself has been fine, but the delivery and setup experience was kind of a letdown. The guys seemed like they were in a hurry, and just from their tone I got the impression they didn’t really want to deal with much beyond dropping it off. The bed ended up a little crooked, and they almost left without taking the old mattress even though removal was supposed to be included. I had to ask twice before they finally took it. It wasn’t a total disaster, but I definitely expected the whole process to be easier.

"Return ended up being way more hassle than I expected"
I thought doing an exchange would be simple, but it turned into a whole headache. It took way longer than I expected, and I barely got any updates from the staff. I had to keep checking in myself, wondering if it was being processed, if they had the item, if it shipped, if it was stuck somewhere, or if anyone had even looked at it. A quick message, email, call, anything really, would’ve helped a lot. Instead it just felt like I was left waiting around with no clue what was going on.

"Warranty help was alright, just took a while"
I had to reach out about a warranty issue, and they did eventually get it sorted. I think I called once earlier in the week, or maybe it was the week before, and then had to follow up again after waiting a bit. The whole timeline got a little blurry because there was some back and forth, but in the end they helped. It wasn’t a bad experience, just slower than I was hoping for.

"Still Not Sleeping Much Better"
I got a mattress from philadelphiamattressmart.com hoping it would help me sleep better. It really hasn’t changed much for me. Delivery was fine. No issues there. But the mattress feels firmer than I expected. I still wake up sore some mornings.

"Decent comfort, but a bit firmer than I expected"
I got a mattress from Philadelphia Mattress Mart, and overall it’s been okay. I’d say the first 3 or 4 nights were a little rough because it felt firmer than I thought it would, but after about a week or so it did start to feel a bit better.
It supports my back well, maybe like a 7 out of 10 there, but comfort-wise it’s more average for me. Not bad enough that I felt like returning it, but definitely not the best sleep I’ve ever had either.

The financing option helped make the purchase a lot more manageable. The payments worked out okay in the end, so yeah, no big complaints or anything

I stopped in to ask a few basic questions about mattress types and what the warranties actually cover, but the salesperson didn’t seem very sure about most of it. He kind of guessed his way through a couple answers, which was awkward. I’d literally been reading about mattresses online over coffee that morning, and somehow felt like I had more info than he did. The store was quiet too, like one other person wandering around near the pillows, so it’s not like they were slammed. I ended up leaving without buying anything because I just didn’t feel confident getting advice there.
"Really solid mattress so far"
I got this mattress last week i’m happy with it so far. It feels firm in a good way, not like sleeping on a board or anything. The stitching looks neat too, which I noticed while I was making the bed and then somehow got distracted reorganizing my nightstand for 20 minutes. Anyway, no sagging at all yet, and it feels really solid overall.

I ordered from philadelphiamattressmart.com and the delivery went smoothly. The guys called before they came, showed up on time, and were really careful getting the mattress inside. They also took the old one out, which was a big help. There was a small delay with the time slot, but overall it was literally a good experience.

"Decent value, but not amazing"
The prices were okay — not the cheapest I’ve seen, but not terrible either. The mattress is comfortable enough for what I paid, though I was expecting a bit more support. Overall, it’s a decent option if you’re not looking for anything too fancy, but I’d probably shop around a little more next time.

"Felt Misled by How Hard the Website Was to Use"
I expected the website to be straightforward, but it ended up being really frustrating. The layout kept confusing me, and I felt kind of misled because it seemed like it would be easy to navigate when it really wasn’t.

"Ended up browsing elsewhere"
I was just doing some mattress shopping online and figured I’d check out philadelphiamattressmart.com since I had a little time and wanted to get a feel for prices before going anywhere in person. The site loaded fine enough, and I clicked around for a bit thinking I’d find a few different options to compare.
After a while, though, I realized I wasn’t really finding much. The selection seemed limited, especially when it came to different brands and sizes, and a couple pages weren’t super clear about what was actually available. I was mainly hoping to look at firm and hybrid mattresses, but there just didn’t seem to be many choices there.
It might work if you only need something basic and aren’t too picky, but it didn’t really help me narrow anything down. I ended up closing it and checking a few other stores instead.

"Getting a call back was a struggle"
I had a rough time getting anyone to follow up with me. I remember sitting there waiting for a call back while staring at this weird little coffee stain on my desk shaped like a duck, and the call still never came. Overall, the communication just wasn’t great.
